The client signing the contract, which is concluded for a fixed period, may under no circumstances claim any right to remain on the premises.<\/p>\n
Article 2 \u2013 Conclusion of the contract:<\/p>\n
An online booking becomes effective once the client has guaranteed it with a credit card that is valid on the start date of the stay.<\/p>\n
Article 3 \u2013 Cancellation by the client:<\/p>\n
a) For cancellations or changes made up to 72 hours before your arrival, no fee will be charged. For cancellations or changes made up to 48 hours before your arrival, 50% of the first night will be charged. For cancellations or changes made 24 hours before the arrival date, 100% of the first night will be charged.<\/p>\n
b) 100% of the price of your stay will be charged for cancellations or changes made on the day of your arrival.<\/p>\n
c) In the event of a late cancellation or change, the owner requires 100% of the price of the stay.<\/p>\n
d) If the stay is shortened, the price corresponding to the cost of accommodation remains due to the owner.<\/p>\n
Article 4 \u2013 Arrival:<\/p>\n
Clients are welcomed on the agreed day from 2 pm, or earlier depending on availability. In the event of a late arrival (after 8 pm), the client must inform the owner.<\/p>\n
Article 5 \u2013 Payment:<\/p>\n
Payment to the owner by cash, bank card or bank transfer.<\/p>\n
Article 6 \u2013 Tourist tax:<\/p>\n
The tourist tax is a local tax that the client pays to the owner, who then passes it on to the French Treasury (\u20ac0.77 per person per night).<\/p>\n
Article 7 \u2013 Use of the premises:<\/p>\n
The client must respect the peaceful character of the premises and use them in accordance with their intended purpose. The client undertakes to leave the accommodation in good condition.<\/p>\n
Article 8 \u2013 Pets:<\/p>\n
Pets are welcome (except in rooms 1 and 101). Rate: \u20ac13 per night \/ \u20ac18 for the whole stay for stays of more than 2 nights.<\/p>\n
Article 9 \u2013 Capacity:<\/p>\n
The contract is made for a specific number of people. If the number of clients exceeds this number, the owner may refuse the additional clients. Such a refusal can in no way be considered a modification or termination of the contract by the owner, so that if a larger number of clients than those refused leave, the price corresponding to the cost of accommodation remains due to the owner.<\/p>\n
Article 10 \u2013 Insurance:<\/p>\n
The client is responsible for any damage they cause. They should therefore check whether their home insurance policy includes holiday cover. The client confirms that they are covered by personal liability insurance covering their own liability and that of the persons accompanying them.<\/p>\n
Article 11 \u2013 Disputes:<\/p>\n
Clients are advised to contact the Tourist Office, which will help to settle disputes amicably: within the first three days after arrival for any dispute concerning the condition or the description of the premises, and at the end of the stay for all other complaints.
