Wines from Bourgogne
Since the 18th century, the Vézelay vineyards, now largely organic, have paid tribute to this age-old and almost blessed fruit. Moreover, since 2022, Vézelay has seen the birth of its own appellation : appelation Vézelay. This region offers Chablis in its original grape variety, Chardonnay with four different appellations, Epineul and Tonnerre, Irancy, beloved by Louis XIV, and Crémants de Bourgogne, the Burgundy Champagne. Vézelay also produces its own beers, including organic ones. The winemakers offer tasting, observation, and even sporting and gourmet excursions (June-July).
For connoisseurs and those who wish to become so, the wine merchants of Vézelay, Beaune, and Chablis provide exclusive and rare wines. The Hôtel Les Glycines also offers a small selection of high-quality grands crus. Treat yourself to a discovery!
