Article 1 – Duration of stay:

The signatory client of the contract concluded for a fixed period may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain in the premises.

Article 2 – Conclusion of the contract:

The online reservation becomes effective when the customer has guaranteed it by credit card valid on the date of the start of the stay.

Article 3 – Cancellation by the customer:

a) If canceled or modified up to the day before your arrival, no fees will be charged.

b) 100% of the amount of your stay will be charged in the event of cancellation or modification on the day of your arrival.

c) In case of late cancellation or modification, the owner requires 100% of the amount of the stay.

d) In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of accommodation remains acquired by the owner.

Article 4 – Arrival:

The client is welcomed on the specified day from 3 p.m. or rather depending on availability. In case of late arrival (after 8 p.m.), the client must notify the owner.

Article 5 – Regulations:

Payment to the owner by: Cash, credit card or bank transfer.

Article 6 – Tourist tax:

The tourist tax is a local tax that the customer must pay to the owner who then pays it to the Public Treasury (0.77 euros per person and per night)

Article 7 – Use of premises:

The customer must respect the peaceful character of the premises, make use of it in accordance with their destination. He undertakes to return the accommodation in good condition.

Article 8 – Animals:

The Hotel Les Glycines is pets friendly. The price is €8 per night or €13 for the entire stay (if the stay exceeds 2 nights).

Article 9 – Capacity:

The contract is established for a specific number of people. If the number of customers exceeds this number, the owner is able to refuse the additional customers. This refusal can in no way be considered as a modification or breach of the contract at the initiative of the owner, so that in the event of the departure of a number of customers greater than those refused, the price corresponding to the cost of the accommodation remains with the owner.

Article 10 – Insurance:

The customer is liable for all damages caused by him. He must therefore check whether his main residence contract provides for the holiday extension (holiday rental). The tenant certifies that he is covered by civil liability insurance covering his own liability and that of the persons accompanying him.

Article 11 – Disputes:

It is recommended to contact the Tourist Office which will intervene to promote the amicable settlement of disputes – if the complaint is made within the first three days after arrival, for any dispute concerning the inventory or the description, – at the end of the stay for all other disputes. For all disputes arising from the execution or interruption of this contract, only the Courts within the jurisdiction of the place of the building object of the rental are competent.

Description

This pretty 24 m2 room with high ceilings, located on the ground floor in the historic part of the hotel, is adorned with sumptuous 18th century decorations, such as a fireplace overmantel enhanced with an oil on cloth. Chic Baroque-style furniture and period floor tiles complete the atmosphere.
The bedding is 160 x 200 Flat screen TV with satellite access to TNT channels and the main international channels.
This room has a 10m2 bathroom with wc, and has a large walk-in shower. It is equipped with ceiling fan, not air-conditioned.
Two large windows overlooking rue Théodore de Bèze will allow you to get away from it all and relax in peace.
